Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use CramClub. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to create an account, and we ask for your date of birth at sign-up to enforce this. If you are under 13, you may not use the Service.

You must also meet any higher minimum age required in your country or by applicable law. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

If a teacher, school, or district uses CramClub with students, that use is governed by our School Data Protection Addendum and the agreement between us and the school.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

If you are under 18, you may only purchase a paid plan with the permission of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the transaction. By purchasing, the account holder represents that they are 18 or older, or that they have obtained a parent or guardian's consent.

CramClub is a study aid. Do not misuse the service, cheat, or violate academic integrity rules.

If your school or teacher has rules about AI tools, you agree to follow them.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime before renewal.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us at support@cramclub.app within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to provide a reason.

This 7-day window is separate from any free trial. A free trial is not a charge: if you cancel before it ends, you are not billed, and there is nothing to refund.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee academic results.
