Academic Integrity

Academic integrity means your work is honest and reflects what you actually know. Different schools have different rules, but the basics are the same: don't misrepresent someone else's work (or an AI's work) as your own.

If your teacher says “no AI,” that includes CramClub - even if it's “just for help.” Always follow your teacher's instructions.

• Making study notes from material you already learned in class.
• Practicing with quizzes, flashcards, and explanations to check your understanding.
• Getting help breaking down tough concepts into simpler steps.
• Reviewing themes, motifs, settings, quotes, characters, symbols, vocabulary, and key topics before tests.
• Asking for hints, not full answers, then solving it yourself.

• Copy/pasting answers into homework, assignments, or exams.
• Having CramClub write an essay or paragraph you submit as your own.
• Using CramClub during a closed-book test or quiz (unless your teacher explicitly allows it).
• Uploading or sharing test papers, answer keys, or other restricted materials you don't have permission to use.
• Asking for “the exact answer” when you're supposed to show your own work.

Ask yourself: Would I feel comfortable showing this to my teacher? If the answer is “no,” don't do it.

If your school allows AI tools, the safest approach is to use CramClub as a tutor:

• Ask for explanations and examples, then write in your own words.
• Ask for feedback on your draft rather than a new draft.
• Ask for an outline, then build the final response yourself.
• Double-check facts with your textbook/teacher resources.

You're responsible for how you use CramClub, including following your school's academic integrity policies. If you're unsure what's allowed, ask your teacher.
